These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and fh888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of all services offered through the fh888 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, crash games, slot titles, live dealer games, and all related promotional or bonus programmes.

By accessing, registering on, or using the fh888 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on fh888. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fh888 staff will never ask for your password by any communication channel. If you receive such a request, do not respond and contact our support team immediately.
• All transactions and activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether or not you authorised them. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify fh888 immediately and change your password without delay.
• Attempting to open, or successfully opening, more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. fh888 will close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and may permanently ban the player.
• You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. You are required to notify fh888 promptly of any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method details.

fh888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any reason it deems appropriate, including but not limited to suspected fraud, account duplication, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete identity verification within a stipulated timeframe. In the event of account closure for cause, fh888 may forfeit the entire balance held in the account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fh888 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. fh888 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, although your chosen payment provider may apply their own limits. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transfers are processed instantly in most cases; bank transfer processing times may vary.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, fh888 will contact you to arrange an alternative within its approved payment channels.
• Before processing any withdrawal, fh888 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Documents commonly requested include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID, plus proof of payment method ownership. Failure to supply these documents within 14 days of a request may result in the withdrawal being declined.
• fh888 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) are outside fh888's control and are the player's responsibility.
• fh888 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, fh888 may freeze the account and conduct an investigation before releasing any funds.

Players are reminded that gambling involves financial risk. Deposited funds used in wagering activities may be lost in whole or in part. fh888 does not accept any liability for losses arising from normal gameplay activity. Please gamble responsibly and within your means.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

fh888 offers various bonuses and promotional programmes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. fh888 will not release bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied the stated rollover.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may only be used by the account holder to whom they were awarded. Using a bonus on another player's behalf, or allowing another person to use a bonus awarded to your account, is prohibited.
• fh888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect bets already placed or rollover progress already accrued in good faith.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through systematic or abusive play patterns — including but not limited to low-variance play designed solely to meet rollover requirements, or coordinated multi-account bonus collection — will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus or promotion are subject to the same general bonus conditions outlined above unless specific terms state otherwise. Winnings from free spins form part of your bonus balance and are subject to the applicable rollover requirement before withdrawal.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the fh888 platform, including sports betting, casino games, crash games, and all other wagering products:

• A bet is considered confirmed and final once it has been accepted by the platform and a confirmation reference number has been generated. fh888 does not cancel or amend confirmed bets at the player's request except in cases of manifest error by fh888.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects odds or game outcomes, fh888 reserves the right to void affected bets. Odds for live bets may change between the time the bet is submitted and the time it is accepted; the odds prevailing at the moment of acceptance are the final odds applied to the bet.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fh888 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to any sporting event or casino game offered on fh888, or betting with knowledge of inside information that is not publicly available.
• Using the platform to launder money or to channel funds derived from any illegal activity. fh888 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of fh888 is lawful in their jurisdiction.

fh888 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, fh888 may freeze the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and commence an investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances, bonuses, and winnings forfeited without recourse.

fh888's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to fh888 in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fh888's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by fh888's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

fh888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fh888 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered players via the platform, by email, or by publishing a notice on the fh888 website. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact fh888 to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and fh888 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation in the first instance. If direct negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent authority as determined by applicable law. Nothing in this clause prevents fh888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing fraud.
